Stress generally begins with a life situation that unbalances your life. To balance yourself and alleviate the stress you need to adapt to the situation. Stress is a neutral word, therefore when a stress is placed upon us we can interpret the situation positively, negatively or as a non-even. For example, it can be perceived negatively as a burden or excuse on the flip side it can be viewed positively as a challenge or motivation. This is referred to as cognitive appraisal, and can be controlled in almost any situation.........
More increasingly when we are preparing and consuming meals, we have to take into account food allergies and intolerances. Two of the more common food intolerances result from the consumption of gluten and dairy. Food intolerances can build up over time, often it is a reaction to the quantity being consumed rather than one specific food. Processed foods frequently use wheat and dairy as cheap fill and it can be difficult to exclude these foods unless you read every label in the supermarket……....
